Skilled Nursing Care (RNs, LVNs)

EPSDT PROGRAM (Pediatrics):
Vantage Home Health provides long term care to EPSDT (Medi-Cal/CCS) approved Children and HMO insurance.

• Provide skilled nursing to homebound clients
• Client assessment & vital signs
• Provide gastrostomy and tracheostomy care
• Tracheal suctioning
• Care of Patients on Ventilator or CPAP
• Administer continuous or bolus gastrostomy feeding
• Glucose monitoring
• Wound care
• Prepare specimens to send to lab
• PICC line care & flush
• Patient and family teaching
